The project team organized a course to lead student groups into Cijin, Gushan, Yancheng, and Zihguan. Surveys were conducted to examine the dimensions of these districts, including industry, culture, and history. The courses were supported by local organizations, including fisher unions, stores, museums, and cultural centers, allowing students to learn the lifestyles of the residents and conceive potential ways for community development. The results of the course were presented as a photography and cultural exhibition. They serve as a reference for future policy formulation.
